Whether you are taking on a 5k, a marathon, or have organised your own event, we would love to hear from you. 

If you're looking to take part in a run, it's very easy to get involved. We have events all around the country for runners of all distances. All you need is a decent pair of trainers and the motivation to help us beat blood cancer! 

It doesn't matter if you’re a first timer or a seasoned pro, we'll be here to offer you training and fundraising support every step of the way.
