Welcome to Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research in the North East of England

Here you’ll find information on our local groups, events and our research from Northumberland down to Grimsby.

The North East is very special to us as the charity was started in Middlesbrough in 1960 by the Eastwood family, who are still involved today. You can get involved too - we have lots of events, from the Great North Run right through to Bikeathons and Forget Me Not Walks.

Record Breaking Fundraising
North East fundraiser Sharon Gayter has smashed the men’s world record for long distance running on a treadmill over seven days, whilst raising funds for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research and Zoe's Place.
