Conference 2012

  • About

Attendees heard how we are using the valuable money, raised by people like you to invest in the very best research and clinical trials to help beat blood cancers.

Our Conference brings together supporters, patients, researchers and clinicians to demonstrate and discuss how we are beating blood cancers, what that means for improving patient benefit and also how our supporters and partners are raising money to make this research happen.

    reach patients, faster.

    - Tea and Tweets
Come and pop along for a cup of tea and an introduction to Twitter,
blogging and Facebook! The internet is a great way to meet other
blood cancer patients and promote events. Stop by for a sit down and
a friendly run-through of what’s what with our team.

    - Beating blood cancers – a destination
We’ve mapped out our journey to beat blood cancers, celebrating all
that we’ve achieved in the past, what we are currently doing and our
vision for how we will beat blood cancer.

    - Unstoppable fundraising challenge
Our sports fundraisers are ‘Unstoppable’ – they will not stop until we
have beaten blood cancer. Today our cyclists will be making sure the
wheels of the exercise bike don’t stop by cycling 52 miles, which is
the same as the Challenge route of the London Bikeathon. Come along
and say hello to our Unstoppable cyclists and learn more about our
    sports team.
