Standard terms and conditions

The salary is fully inclusive and dependent upon experience and achievements. Normal hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and additional unsocial hours will be inevitable to meet the demands of the job. There are no overtime payments but hours of work are, as far as is practicably possible, scheduled to make allowance for sustained extra hours worked.

The appointment is on our standard terms and conditions – 26 days holiday, increasing to 27 days after 5 years. Upon satisfactory completion of the initial probationary period (usually 6 months) you become eligible for sick pay, interest free season ticket loan, Ride2Work scheme and pension provision.
